  • Dan Dumitrescu
    Owner

    Dan started Valley View Landworks in 1992 while attending Sandy Union High School. He worked by himself, out of the bed of his pickup truck, wish a push mower and a DREAM! Strong customer service, high quality and the biggest smile in the industry helped him accrue over 24 years of landscaping know-how. He’s known for his innovative approach to the most difficult of tasks, care for his employees and his love for the Portland Trail Blazers (except for when they play against his man-crush – Steph Curry) and the Seattle Seahawks.

  • Holly Dumitrescu
    Front Office

    Holly has been the lead front office manager for Valley View Landworks since 1999, she also puts up with Dan on a 24/7 basis. Whenever she’s not volunteering at her girls’ school or otherwise taking over the world… she too enjoys rooting for and attending Portland Trail Blazer games (no matter who they’re playing against… DAN!). She handles accounts payable and receivable for the company, helps manage our maintenance accounts, is our human resource director and provides guidance on other company related matters. In other words, she’s the corporate glue stick that performs the thankless, behind-the-seasons tasks. THANKS HOLLY!

  • Tim Sellin
    Manager of Production & Operations

    Tim, like Dan and Holly, grew up in the East County area. He attended the University of Idaho (GO VANDALS!) and has since been on the Portland Metro landscape scene since 1996. With a degree in Landscape Architecture, his original focus was on landscape design for 10 years at a well-known company, but recently (May of 2015) joined the Valley View team as Dan’s right-hand man. An avid Blazers fan since age 3, his NFL allegiance lies with the Green Bay Packers.

  • Paul
    Management

    Paul Liniger – Paul’s been in the landscape industry for over a decade. He’s owned his own company, designed landscapes, managed crews… you name it, he’s been there and done that. Paul joined the Valley View team just recently and will be assisting Dan in sales and Tim in project management.

  • Sergio
    Professional

    Sergio Garcia – Sergio came to Valley View in the Spring of 2016. His role immediately was as manager of our maintenance crews and accounts. As we’ve grown, he’s transitioning into more role of bidding large commercial maintenance accounts and focusing on enhancements for all our clients. He’s a fantastic team player and always has a smile on his face.

  • Construction Team
    Construction

    Crew – With the seasons, our crew ebbs and flows. Anywhere from only one dedicated construction lead in the Winter months, to two 3-man crews in the heat of Summer. Our guys are flexible and dedicated to doing whatever is asked of them… our aim to coach them up to individual Foremen.

  • Maintenance Team
    Maintenance

    Crew – With the seasons, our crew ebbs and flows. Anywhere from only one dedicated construction lead in the Winter months, to two 3-man crews in the heat of Summer. Our guys are flexible and dedicated to doing whatever is asked of them… our aim to coach them up to individual Foremen.
